CSA airlines from Prague to Sofia, Bulgaria. The airline gave all of their on-board announcements in Czech - really strange. But who actually cared? I left with the impression that most of the passengers around me did not speak Czech including me. The plane was as you can tell by just observing old. This is my first and definitely last time with this Airline.
Traveled via Prague on a domestic flight to Bulgaria. Rather short flight. The plane was old, you can tell. Service was never anything to make your travel memorable - you get the basics of the basics. There was slight delay on departure but the arrival was on-time. I most likely would never travel this airline again or at least if I have other choices, I would prefer to fly with another carrier. They need to step up their service and renew the fleet if they are to stay competitive in an already competitive market.
