WARNING FOR BAD ITEM HANDLING AND EXCEPTIONALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

DEAR ALL PARENTS WHO CONSIDER TO TRAVEL WITH NORWEGIAN!!! PLEASE CHOOSE OTHER AIRLINES IF YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE YOUR BUGGY/ STROLLER OR OTHER EQUIPMENT DAMAGED AND BE FORCED TO COVER IT FROM YOUR OWN POCKET!!!!

My baby stroller was severely damaged (most likely by very angry Norwegian employee who put all his frustration, that he has to work for this S**T company). Harness of the stroller was yanked with whole strength so at 9 pm at the airport I was left with no buggy/ heavy suitcase and tired baby to deal with. NICE ??? NOT!!!!! Next day (20th of September) I sent claim and I got automatic answer IN NORWEGIAN!!!!! for non Norwegian Customer WOW!!!!! The tired of waiting contacted Norwegian FB team for explanation on 6th of October. And after exchanging conversation with them for over 10 days I was eventually asked to RESEND THE CLAIM!!!! (AND INFORMED IT MIGHT TAKE ANOTHER 4-12 WEEKS!!!!!!)

On 21st of October answer finally arrived !!! Generally they don't take any responsibility for damaged buggy!!! What stroked me the answer looked like template that you copy and paste to get rid of the problem not to deal with it!!!

Please find enclosed photo of actual answer and name of Customer service operative COMPARE THE FONT AND YOU WILL STRAIGHT AWAY NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE THAT Norwegian THREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE TEMPLATES!!!!!! NICE ONE!!!!

At the end reply as below: We are sorry that you are not happy with the outcome of your claim and of the way in which it was handled. Norwegian informs that you have the ability to appeal our decision through the national enforcement body of the country where the disruption occurred. Contact information can be found at the following website http://apr.europa.eu. Norwegian hereby considers this case as closed and further comments will not be answered.

THIS LINK AND EMAIL ADDRESS DOESN'T WORK!!!! IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE SPECIALISTS OF MISINFORMING PEOPLE NORWEGIAN AIRLINES ARE JUST A JOKE. THEY DON'T DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. THEY DITCH THEM AND AVOID RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS!!!! ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL EXPERIENCE FOR FREQUENT FLYER!!! NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL AND WON'T GIVE EVEN ONE STAR FOR WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED
