Milan–Malpensa Airport (IATA: MXP, ICAO: LIMC), also named City of Milan Airport and formerly City of Busto Arsizio Airport, is the largest airport for the Milan metropolitan area in northern Italy. The airport is located 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of central Milan, next to the Ticino river, which is a border between Lombardy and Piedmont. Malpensa Airport has two passenger terminals, located several kilometres apart.
