TargetMyTravel.com offers travelers to rate airlines and airports based on certain, carefully selected criteria. This is our first annual report for year 2016 reflecting how travelers rated their experience and level of satisfaction for services they used at airports and on-board with airlines. The criteria level ranges from 1 to 5 stars.

AIRLINES Report

The Airlines in this report are rated based on following 6 criteria:

  • Value for Money - Based on the service the travelers received, would they say the price they paid was reasonable?
  • Customer Service - Travelers are asked to rate their overall on-board customer service experience?
  • On-time Departure - On-time departure ensures smother connections. Experiencing delays is what lowers airlines rating.
  • On-time Arrival Indeed - On-time arrival matters most when travelers have connecting flights.
  • On-board Amenities - On-board amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV channels, Movies, and the availability of individual monitors and entertaining programing makes the difference in preferring one airline over another.
  • Comfort - Legroom and seat comfort has become essential to all travelers, so we ask them to rate their overall comfort experience.

There are 7 airport rating criteria that travelers have to consider to rate airports on the scale from 1 to 5:

  • Cleanliness - Rating the cleanliness of terminal areas, seating and rest areas, restrooms, common space, etc.
  • Wi-Fi and Internet - The availability and reliability of Wi-Fi and Internet access becomes essential for every major airport in the effort to attract more travelers.
  • Dining - The selection or variety of dining options.
    Entertainment – Does the airport offer any entertainment and/or leisure facilities, such as parlor or beauty salons, children recreational areas, dog walking areas, passenger sleeping or resting areas, etc.?
  • Ground transportation options – Is there an easy access to the airport via variety of ground transportation such as public transit, shuttle services, taxies, share rides, etc.?
  • Terminal Access – Reasonable walking distances between arrivals, transit, and departure terminals. The availability of escalators, elevators, moving walkways, etc.?
  • Flight Information - Availability of enough flight Information boards around terminal areas for easy access to arrival and departure flights for passengers.
